Larry Blumberg & Associates inks contract to manage Birmingham, AL ICE

LBAM-GSA, LLC, a subsidiary of Larry Blumberg and Associates, Inc. (LBA), signed a one-year contract with HC Government Realty Trust to manage the 12,470 square foot Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility located at 107 Frankfurt Circle, Birmingham, AL.

HC Government Realty Trust purchased the property in April 2020 and hired LBAM-GSA, LLC as the property manager.  In addition to acting as liaison to GSA for the new owner, LBAM-GSA, LLC will provide all operational and maintenance services required to satisfy the requirements of the GSA full service lease.

Since 2006, the members of Larry Blumberg and Associates have designed, developed, constructed and/or managed over 30 government office buildings for the General Services Administration totaling more than 310,000 square feet.
