Larry Blumberg & Associates inks contract to manage Jacksonville, FL SSA

Dothan, AL – (December 10, 2010) – LBAM-GSA, LLC, a subsidiary of Larry Blumberg and Associates, Inc. (LBA), signed a one year contract to manage the 28,000 square foot Social Security Administration facility located at 7185 Bonneval Rd, Jacksonville, FL.

LBA sold this property, which it developed and constructed in 2008, to blp Properties of Jacksonville, LLC in December 2010. LBA will provide a full range of management services for the new owners to include financial management and property accounting as well as all operational and maintenance services required to satisfy the requirements of the GSA full service lease.

Since 2006, the members of Larry Blumberg and Associates have designed, developed, constructed and managed 16 government office buildings for the General Services Administration totaling more than 188,000 square feet.
