Larry Blumberg & Associates inks contract to manage Tallahassee, FL DEA

LBAM-GSA, LLC, a subsidiary of Larry Blumberg and Associates, Inc. (LBA), signed a one year contract with Titanium Real Estate Advisors to manage the 19,090 square foot Drug Enforcement Agency facility located at 1510 Commonwealth Business Drive, Tallahassee, FL.
Titanium Real Estate Advisors purchased the property in October 2013 and hired LBA as the property manager. In addition to acting as liaison to GSA for the new owner, LBA will provide a full range of management services for the new owners to include financial management and property accounting as well as all operational and maintenance services required to satisfy the requirements of the GSA full service lease.
Since 2006, the members of Larry Blumberg and Associates have designed, developed, constructed and/or managed 19 government office buildings for the General Services Administration totaling more than 233,000 square feet.

Larry Blumberg & Associates inks contract to manage Olive Branch, MS SSA

Dothan, AL – (November 13, 2013) – LBAM-GSA, LLC, a subsidiary of Larry Blumberg and Associates, Inc. (LBA), signed a one year contract with Urban Investment Research Corporation to manage the 11,388 square foot Social Security Administration facility located at 8760 Mid South Center Drive, Olive Branch, MS.
Urban Investment Research Corporation purchased the property in November 2013 and hired LBA as the property manager. In addition to acting as liaison to GSA for the new owner, LBA will provide all operational and maintenance services required to satisfy the requirements of the GSA full service lease.
Since 2006, the members of Larry Blumberg and Associates have designed, developed, constructed and/or managed 20 government office buildings for the General Services Administration totaling more than 244,000 square feet.
