Larry Blumberg & Associates inks contract to manage Winder, GA SSA

LBAM-GSA, LLC, a subsidiary of Larry Blumberg and Associates, Inc. (LBA), signed a one year contract with Urban Investment Research Corporation to manage the 8,960 square foot Social Security Administration facility located at 389 E. Broad Street, Winder, GA.

Urban Investment Research Corporation purchased the property in March 2013 and hired LBA as the property manager.  In addition to acting as liaison to GSA for the new owner, LBA will provide all operational and maintenance services required to satisfy the requirements of the GSA full service lease.

Since 2006, the members of Larry Blumberg and Associates have designed, developed, constructed and/or managed 17 government office buildings for the General Services Administration totaling more than 196,000 square feet.

Larry Blumberg & Associates inks contract to manage Pearl, MS DHS

Dothan, AL – (May 1, 2013) – LBAM-GSA, LLC, a subsidiary of Larry Blumberg and Associates, Inc. (LBA), signed a one year contract with Urban Investment Research Corporation to manage the 17,663 square foot Department of Homeland Security facility located at 202 Metroplex Blvd. Pearl, MS.

Urban Investment Research Corporation purchased the property in May 2013 and hired LBA as the property manager.  In addition to acting as liaison to GSA for the new owner, LBA will provide all operational and maintenance services required to satisfy the requirements of the GSA full service lease.

Since 2006, the members of Larry Blumberg and Associates have designed, developed, constructed and/or managed 18 government office buildings for the General Services Administration totaling more than 214,000 square feet.
