Larry Blumberg & Associates inks multi-unit GSA property management contract

Dothan, AL – (December 13, 2011) – LBAM-GSA, LLC, a subsidiary of Larry Blumberg and Associates, Inc. (LBA), signed a one year contract with Titanium Real Estate Advisors to manage four facilities leased by the General Services Administration. The four properties, located in Huntsville, AL, Philadelphia, MS, Lacombe, LA and Baton Rouge, LA, were originally developed and constructed by LBA in 2010 & 2011. Titanium purchased the properties from LBA in December 2011 and chose to retain LBA as property manager. LBA will provide a full range of management services for the new owners to include financial management and property accounting as well as all operational and maintenance services required to satisfy the requirements of the GSA full service lease.

Since 2006, the members of Larry Blumberg and Associates have designed, developed, constructed and managed 16 government office buildings for the General Services Administration totaling more than 188,000 square feet.
