Larry Blumberg & Associates inks multi-unit GSA property management contract

Dothan, AL – (August 23, 2012) – LBAM-GSA, LLC, a subsidiary of Larry Blumberg and Associates, Inc. (LBA), signed a one year contract with Urban Investment Research Corporation to manage nine facilities leased by the General Services Administration. The nine properties, located AL, FL, GA, NC and TN, were originally developed and constructed by LBA from 2007-2011. Urban Investment Research Corporation purchased the properties from LBA in August 2012 and chose to retain LBA as property manager. In addition to acting as liaison to GSA for the new owner, LBA will provide all operational and maintenance services required to satisfy the requirements of the GSA full service lease. Since 2006, the members of Larry Blumberg and Associates have designed, developed, constructed and managed 16 government office buildings for the General Services Administration totaling more than 188,000 square feet.
