LBA Completes Construction in Marianna, Florida

Recently, the US General Services Administration (GSA) awarded a fifteen year lease to LBA-GSA Marianna II, LLC, a subsidiary of Larry Blumberg and Associates (LBA), to develop a new 5,600 square foot facility for the Social Security Administration in Marianna, Florida.

Upon signing that lease with the GSA, LBA-GSA Marianna II, LLC, then awarded a development contract to LBA Construction to design and build this facility.

Located at 4227 Lafayette Street, the facility will serve citizens of the Marianna and Jackson County Florida areas.  Immediately upon completion of this facility LBAM-GSA, LLC, a subsidiary of Larry Blumberg and Associates, will be awarded a contract to serve as the property's manager.  The property manager will provide liaison with the involved Federal Agencies, including the SSA and the GSA, as well as operational and maintenance services.
