Thomas Agar

Vice President, Operations

As Vice President of Operations of LBA Hospitality, Thomas Agar carries the overall responsibility for ensuring the highest standards are achieved and maintained at each and every LBA-managed property. Agar recently joined LBA in early 2017 after a successful career with Marriott and running his own performance consulting business.

Agar relies on his prior experience in helping to shape the future of LBA operations focusing on his strengths in financial management, process development and guest and associate experience, and satisfaction. One of Agar’s top priorities is to work to ensure that LBA stays in front of current industry trends and exceeding associate and guests expectations each and every day.

Agar has led several enterprise projects in his career that have led to organizational changes related to process and financial improvement.  Agar has been recognized and rewarded for his leadership of General Managers and his ability to form lasting bonds with ownership groups.
