LBA Hospitality, a full-scale hotel management, development and consulting firm, assumed management of Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Downtown Gainesville today. The hotel management and development company is proud to add the property to its rapidly expanding portfolio.
Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Gainesville is the third property Miami, Fla.-based ownership group Key International has tapped LBA to manage. Since opening in 2009, the hotel has been ranked among TripAdvisor’s top five Gainesville hotels and received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence in 2015.
