The members of Larry Blumberg and Associates, LBA Construction, and LBA Management have developed offices for the General Services Administration (GSA) and various federal agency tenants since the year 2006. During this timeframe, we have designed, constructed, renovated, and managed more than 422,000 square feet of GSA office space. The member’s involvements include project bidding, estimating, lease negotiations, construction and development, contract administration, accounts payable, and property management.
